CoreLabz is a Nairobi technology firm. We design, build, and run custom software for mid-market companies — and we ship our own products in retail and commerce. No account managers between you and the people writing the code.

Build
Custom software and AI retrieval systems. APIs, mobile apps, web platforms, vector search, RAG. We pick the stack to fit the problem — usually FastAPI or Node on the backend, React Native or Next.js on the front, Postgres or Mongo underneath, Weaviate or pgvector when retrieval matters.
Run
The cloud platforms underneath. Google Cloud, Azure, Cloudflare. Kubernetes when it earns its complexity, Cloud Run when it doesn’t. We operate what we build — monitoring, incident response, the boring parts that keep production up.
Work
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 implementation and managed services, for clients who want a single technology partner across their stack. We hold partner status with both.
Two engineers in every account.
One of them is a partner. You email them directly. There is no account manager, no offshore handoff, and no junior consultant writing code in your repo without supervision.

We start with a written discovery.
Two weeks, fixed price. We come back with an architecture, a build sequence, and a number. If we’re not the right team, we say so and refund the difference.

We ship in two-week increments.
You get a demo at the end of each one and a build that runs. Roadmaps are negotiable; the cadence isn’t.

We operate what we build.
When the system goes live, we don’t hand you a runbook and disappear. We stay on as the operating team unless you’ve hired one internally.

We work in your stack, not ours.
We have preferences. We don’t have a hammer. If your team works in Django and Vue, that’s what we’ll write in.
Nairobi-based. East Africa-focused.
We work with clients across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, and Rwanda. The regional context is the work — M-Pesa rails, eCitizen and BRS integrations, KCB and Equity APIs, the regulatory shape of KRA and the EAC. We don’t learn this on your time. We already know it.
